ABOUT THE TAGS

Every Sand & Slate tag is individually handcrafted using polymer clay and finished with UV resin for a beautiful, glossy finish. ♡

POLYMER CLAY: Lightweight, slightly flexible and durable for everyday wear.

UV RESIN: A protective coating that adds shine and helps protect the tag's surface.

A LITTLE NOTE ABOUT HANDMADE: Because each tag is made by hand, slight variations in colour, shape, lettering placement and finish are completely normal. These little differences are part of what makes every piece unique!

PLEASE NOTE: While our tags are designed for everyday adventures, they are not indestructible. Avoid chewing, excessive force and prolonged exposure to water to help keep your tag looking its best.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Have something special in mind? We'd love to hear your ideas! ♡

Custom requests are welcome, subject to design feasibility and availability. Feel free to reach out via email or Instagram DM to discuss your vision.

Please note: Custom orders are accepted at our discretion, and pricing and processing times will vary depending on the design and materials required.

We'll confirm all details before proceeding with your order.

CARE TIPS

A little love goes a long way in keeping your Sand & Slate tag looking its best! ♡

KEEP IT CLEAN: Gently wipe your tag with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow it to air dry. Avoid acetone, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the finish.

WATER EXPOSURE: While our tags are water-resistant, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water. Decorative elements such as foil and mica powder may wear over time, particularly if they aren't sealed with resin.

HANDLE WITH CARE: Polymer clay is lightweight and durable, but not indestructible. Avoid excessive bending, scratching or force.

PLEASE NOTE: Our tags are not chew-proof! Always supervise pets who may be inclined to chew their accessories.

CHOKING HAZARD

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD

Our handmade pet ID tags are accessories, not chew toys.

Tags may break if bitten, chewed or subjected to excessive force. Broken pieces and small components may present a choking or ingestion hazard.

Always supervise your pet while wearing their tag, particularly if they are prone to chewing or rough play.

Regularly inspect tags and attachment rings for signs of damage or wear. Remove and replace any damaged accessories immediately.

Keep out of reach of children.
