STAMPED CLAY: is made out of polymer synthetic clay which is plastic based, using PVC. It is flexible which means there’s no stress of it cracking or breaking if dropped, it’s waterproof, and very lightweight.

RESIN: is made with UV resin, cured under a UV light.

Please keep in mind, each tag is handmade, and therefor some factors may differ from listings such as: coloring (may appear different due to monitor/lighting), name placement, as well as some minor imperfections in the clay or resin as a result of making them by hand.

Important Note ~ while both polymer clay and resin are naturally durable, standard care should be taken to extend their life. They are NOT chew proof.

Since most tags are premade in small batches, the average processing time is 10-15 business days - this does not include the shipping time. Custom tags could take up to 30 days depending on availability of supplies.

Free standard shipping is offered on all domestic orders, (not tracked), via Canada Post. Minimum order requirement of $25 CAD.

Tracking is optional for an additional charge.

NOTE: Orders to Ontario are known to take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.

For orders placed outside of Canada, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, and will be tracked.

While polymer clay itself is waterproof, if there is foil or mica powder embellishments, they may wear off over time (unless finished with resin).

Do not use acetone or hash chemicals to clean, as this will breakdown the clay. Use a slightly damp (non-abrasive) cloth to wipe down, and let air dry.

Though we do not accept returns, we want you to feel good about your purchase! If any items were damaged in transit, or if tags become broken within 2 weeks of you purchasing, we will exchange them for free! Please contact us if either of those issues occur!

Potential Choking Hazard | Please ensure you do not leave your fur-baby unattended while wearing their tag. They may be able reach the tag once it is on their collar & if they do bite or chew the clay, it can break. Be mindful of rough play and please keep away from children.
