returns & exchanges

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect personalization details provided at checkout.

our 14-day quality guarantee

We take pride in our handmade creations, but we also understand that sometimes things don't go as planned!

If your tag arrives damaged or unexpectedly breaks during normal use within 14 days of delivery, we'll happily replace it at no additional cost.

Simply email info@sandandslateco.ca with your order number and a photo of the damaged tag.

If the original design is unavailable or a replacement isn't suitable, we'll work with you to find an appropriate alternative or arrange a refund.

normal wear & tear

While our tags are made with care, they aren't indestructible!

Our complimentary replacement guarantee does not cover damage caused by chewing, excessive force, accidents, improper use or normal wear and tear.

Each Sand & Slate piece is individually handcrafted, meaning slight variations in colour, shape and finish are completely normal and part of what makes your tag one of a kind.
