UPDATED OCTOBER 23, 2025 - CANADA POST STRIKE IMPACT
As Canada Post continues its ongoing labour negotiations and rotating strikes, we want to make sure you have flexible options for receiving your orders.
Please review the following updates before checking out:
PO Boxes
We can only ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post, so if possible, please provide a street address to avoid delays.
If you have a buzzer, include that number—it helps ensure successful delivery with alternate couriers.
Shipping Times
Delays are expected across all carriers as they absorb additional volume. We strongly recommend shopping early this season.
If selecting “Free Shipping – Not Tracked,” please note your order will be sent as oversized letter mail and may experience extended transit times.
Delivery Fees

Free untracked shipping on orders $25+ CAD

Free tracked shipping on orders $75+ CAD

Orders under $25 CAD will show carrier-calculated rates when available, or a flat fee of $12 CAD
We’ll choose the most reliable carrier available at the time—Canada Post (when operational), Purolator, UPS, or another trusted courier.
During Active Strikes
If your parcel is already in transit with Canada Post, it will be held securely until service resumes.
Untracked shipments unfortunately cannot be monitored during this period.
